Start with one of these (spaghetti squash, cut in half, with seeds taken out)
Bake on gas grill or in oven (425 degrees F) for 45 minutes.
Have a jar of this on hand (store bought or homemade)
Scrape the spaghetti squash into a bowl and add 3-4 tablespoons of the pesto.
Just as tasty as a bowl of pasta, only with more vitamins and fiber!
