Although we won’t be feasting this Thursday at Bubbe’s house due to the death of our beloved grandmother (Gaga Deere), I wanted to share with you just how easy it is to bake your own pumpkin. The result is so flavorful and the process so easy you will never want to used canned pumpkin again.
Time: 1 hour start to finish for a 5 pound pumpkin, including baking time.

These muffins are so tasty you’ll serve them for dessert, and so healthy you could use them as a side dish.
There are a lot of carrot cake recipes out there but Bubbe’s best uses a little zucchini. It keeps the cupcakes moist and gives a natural sweet taste without using too much sugar.

I don’t know how many of you have had the same experience. I could not find a sugar cookie recipe that would give me the buttery, not too sweet, slightly light and puffy cookie I was craving.
