Look No Farther! This is no secret recipe. It’s brought exclusively to you

by Bubbe’s Nightly Feast

  1. Take a 2 quart saucepan
  2. Peel 4 Macintosh apples
  3.            3 Jonathan
  4.            3 Paula Red
  5.            2 Granny Smith
  6. Quarter and core
  7. Place in kettle
  8. Add 1/4 cup of water
  9. simmer over low heat just until apples have lost their shape, use a cover but place it loosely so that some steam escapes
  10. Stir
  11. Smell the aroma and slowly savor the first few sumptuous bites.
  12. After the applesauce has cooled a bit
